Cook - Sous Chef

  • Image 6-day week,
  • This position is subject to the collective agreement (KV) for workers in the Tyrolean hotel and catering industry as well as a KV minimum salary of € 2,300 net, which we clearly overpay.
Chef de Partie -Cook

Then you are the right person for the position of Chef de Partie in the Eng kitchen, where a passion for cooking is paramount and the demand for the highest quality guides the daily work routine.

  • Image 6-day week,
  • This position is subject to the collective agreement (KV) for workers in the Tyrolean hotel and catering industry and a KV minimum salary of € 2,000 net, which we clearly overpay.
Caretaker / building technician

You like to work independently! If you want to be part of this important team and enjoy working outside - then we look forward to meeting you.
Couples are also welcome, your best half can work in the kitchen or as a chambermaid.

Your tasks

  • Technology, band protection system, minor carpentry work, repairs to guest rooms, lamps, appliances, etc. Stock management, deliveries, equipment repairs, conscientious maintenance and cleanliness of the entire outdoor area including general mowing work with lawn mower,
  • Maintaining the sewage treatment plant, proper collection of recyclables, waste separation and disposal, painting work, e-bike hire - bike maintenance
  • 48 hours / week     
  • 6-day week,
  • This position is subject to the collective agreement (KV) for workers in the Tyrolean hotel and catering industry and a KV minimum salary of € 1,800 net, which we clearly overpay.

Your profile

  • Completed technical/trade training
  • Or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Common sense
  • Driving licence class B (car) and class
  • Good knowledge of German
  • High quality awareness and reliability
  • High service and problem-solving orientation
  • Flexible and resilient

  • Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanour
Receptionist (m/f)
  • Welcoming and looking after guests during their stay                           
  • Dealing with enquiries, requests and complaints from guests                      
  • Providing information about hiking destinations,
  • Actively selling room categories in terms of comfort and style    
  • Receiving telephone and written reservation enquiries
  • Preparation of reservation offers, confirmation of guest bookings and binding booking of guest reservations                                                                  
  • Check-in and check-out of hotel guests/ Casablanca hotel programme                                                              
  • Booking services to guest accounts and preparing guest invoices                                                                                                                                          
  • Collecting guest invoices in cash or by bank card (EC card, Mastercard, Visa)                                                                                                                             
  • Liaising with the kitchen and service staff
  • Writing the evening menu for guests and the staff list                                                                                                 
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Time sheets on Excel

The monthly net salary is € 1950, - (48 hours)
